Our Vision is to both empower everyone we teach to leave God centered, whole, healthy and productive lives and to inspire and teach them to also be living, kind and giving so that lives are touched.
KTOR is an empowering ministry of faith, we preach Jesus to all and minister to the whole man. Through teaching his word and demonstration of his power through the Holy Ghost, souls are saved and people are restored, healed, delivered and set free.
Our Community is the heart and soul of our community, through enrichment, love, and ministries our mission is to serve.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
- John 3:16
